Importance Of Namaz/Salaat:
Allah says:
“O you who believe! Respond to (the call of) Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.”
[Qur’an 8:24]
"But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil."
[Surat Maryam: verses 59]“(The people in Hell will be asked:) What has caused you to enter Hell? They will say: We were not of those who used to pray…”
[Qur’an 74:42-43]
Importance Of Namaz/Salaat:
SAYINGS (HADITH) OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam):
The one who neglect the prayers will receive Fifteen punishments from Allah.
Six punishments in this lifetime
Three while dying
Three in the grave &
Three on the Day of Judgment.
THE SIX PUNISHMENTS OF LIFE:
1. Allah takes away blessings from his age (makes his life misfortunate)
2. Allah does not accept his plea (Dua's)
3. Allah erases the features of good people from his face.
4. He will be detested by all creatures on earth.
5. Allah does not award him for his good deeds. (No thawab)
6. He will not be included in the Dua's of good people.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS WHILE DYING:
1. He dies humiliated.
2. He dies hungry.
3. He dies thirsty. Even if he drinks the water of all seas he will still be thirsty.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS IN THE GRAVE:
1. Allah tightens his grave until his chest ribs come over each other.
2. Allah pours on him fire with embers.
3. Allah sets on him a snake called "the brave", "the bold" which hits Him
from morning until afternoon for leaving Fajr prayer, from the afternoon until Asr for
leaving Dhuhr prayer and so on. With each strike he sinks 70 yards under the ground.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT:
1. Allah sends who would accompany him to hell pulling him on the face.
2. Allah gives him an angry look that makes the flesh of his face fall down.
3. Allah judges him strictly and orders him to be thrown in hell.
The Messenger (peace be upon him) told us in an authentic hadith,
“The first thing the people will be accountable for on the Day of Judgment is prayer, Allah will say to His angels (even though he already knows) : “Look at my servants prayers. Were they complete or not?” If they were complete It will be written as complete. If they were not fully complete Allah will say: “See if my servant has voluntary prayers, If he has them Allah will say: Complete his obligatory prayers shortage with his voluntary prayers.” Then the rest of his deeds will be dealt with in the same manner.”
[Reported by Imams Ahmad, Abu Dawood, An-Nisa'i, and Al-Hakim]
As Allah says:
“Verily, prayer restrains (oneself) from shameful and unjust deeds...”
[Qur’an 29:45]
… surely prayer is a timed ordinance for the believers.
(Qur’an An-nisa:103)
“Successful indeed are the believers, who are humble in their prayers.”
[Qur’an 23:1-2]
Reminder: DO NOT SEEK PLEASURES BEFORE SALAAT BECAUSE ALLAH SHOULD & MUST BE YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. (own word)

Alhamdulillah, we reach Rajab.
Alhamdulillah we reach Rajab. Shabaan & Ramadan is on the way
Let's make a lot of istigfaar.
On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Messenger of Allah (Salallahu-aleihi-wasallam ), used to make the following Dua when the month of Rajab began:
‘Allahuma Barik lana fi Rajaba wa Sha’bana wa ballighna Ramadhan’
“Oh Allah! Bless us in Rajab and Sha`ban, and bring us, oh Allah, to Ramadan.” [Narrated by Tabarani and Ahmad]
When Ramadan Is Approaching
Hadhrat Ubaadah bin Saamit (Radi Allahu Anhu) narrates that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam used to teach the Sahaabah (Radi Allahu Anhum) the following Dua at the approach of the Month of Ramadhan:
ALLAHUMMA SALLIMNEE LIRAMADAANA WA SALLIM RAMADAANA LEE WA SALLIMHU MUTAQABBILA.
“O Allah! Safeguard me for the Month of Ramadhaan (by making me see the Month of Ramadhaan healthy and fit so that I can take maximum benefit from it), and safeguard the Month of Ramadhaan for me (by making the conditions in it such that I can take maximum benefit from it) and accept it from me.”

World is indeed a prison
This world is indeed a prison because it is a period of test for the believers.
Jannah is the rewarding result. The door we all want to unlock to go in is indeed the door of Jannah ul Firdaus.
Allah says:
“Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty, ailments and were shaken.” (2:214)
"Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and properties (in exchange) for that they will have the garden (of Paradise)..."
[Surah At-Taubah [9:111]
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the unbeliever.”
Source: Sahih Muslim 2956
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Imam Muslim.
This world is like a prison for the believer, meaning that the way a prisoner isn't free and is bound by rules, the affair of a believer is the same, this world is not one of freedom for them but one of rules and obligations towards Allah. The believer at all times keeps these rules and obligations in front of him.
Allah says: “Let not then this present life deceive you” (Quran, Surah Fatir: 5).
Shariah is the islamic law Allah wants us to follow, this is how Allah test our faith.
Islam governs our lives, and we are happy for it to do so. As, if our lives were left within our own hearts desires we would truly be lost. Let's us be happy to live according to Islam.
Abu Hurayra said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'This world is cursed, and everything in it is cursed, except for the remembrance of Allah Almighty and obedience to Him, and a scholar or a teacher.'" [at-Tirmidhi]
The way a prisoner doesn't make his home the prison the believer is the same, where by he never sees this world as his home, but as a temporary dwelling full of trials until he reaches his final home of Jannah.
When a believer dies and departs from this world, he feels himself like a prisoner who was released to go freely on the spacious earth.
Allah says: "Truly, the life of this world is nothing but a (quick passing) enjoyment, and verily, the Hereafter that is the home that will remain forever." (Quran 40:39)
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
"My similitude and that of the life of this world is that of a traveler who took a rest at mid-day under a shade of a tree and then left it."
(Ahmad, at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah and al-Hakim)
"Be in this world like a stranger, or a wayfarer." (Bukhari)
For a disbeliever the matter is on the complete other end of the scale, he sees the life of this world as jannah and does whatever his heart desires. He sees this world as his final home and acts accordingly to it, he pays no heed to the warnings that are given to him and does not submit to the will and obligations of Allah.
He sees this world as his for the taking and makes it his goal to acquire as much as he can and to derive pleasure from it, due to this he sees this world as a place of reward and becomes blind to the reality of its evil and hereafter.
Allah chooses Islam for us as a better way of live, learn to be happy within the limit told by Allah. This world is not permanent, it is here we try to strive for Jannah.
Allah says:
“And the life of this world is nothing but play and amusement. But far better is the house in the hereafter for those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious). Will you not then understand?” (Quran, Al-An’aam: 32)
“Indeed, those who do not expect the meeting with Us and are satisfied with the life of this world and feel secure therein and those who are heedless of Our signs.” (Qur’an, 10:7)
Read:
Rabbana a tina fid dunya hasanataw wa fil a khirati hasanataw wa qina aza ban naar. (2:201)
Oh Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the hell fire.
Do not be upset if this world is prison, strive for the hereafter.
Allah says:"…Verily in this are Signs for everyone who patiently perseveres and is grateful” [ash-Shura 42:33]
"Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning." (39:10)
May Allah give u all the courage to strive for Jannah.
In shaa Allah we shall meet there.

Plucking Eyebrows according to the holy Qur'an, hadiths & fatwah.
Rules of beautification -
Plucking Eyebrows according to the holy Qur'an, hadiths & fatwah.
Allah has forbidden women to remove any part of the hair of their eyebrows; this action is called al-namas in Arabic, and it is haram.
Namas is the word used to describe plucking the eyebrows, or it was said that it means plucking the facial hair.
According to the Shariah (Islamic Law) it is not permissible for a Muslim girl to pluck, trim or shape her eyebrows as this is against the natural beauty that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has given to her.
This has been clarified in the following Hadiths:-
“The Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) said:
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has cursed those women who modify their eyebrows or ask others to do it for them. [Al-Bukhaari, 4604; Muslim, 2125]
The Prophet (Peace be upon him) also prohibited tattooing, cutting the teeth and widening the gap between them for the purpose of beautification, plucking the eyebrows, and wearing wigs and hairpieces for both men and women, (or the addition of any other natural or artificial hair.)
The Prophet (s.a.w.) said: Allah has cursed the Washimat and the Mustawshimat, the Namisat and the Mutanammisat, and the Mutafallijat for beauty, who change what Allah has created. (Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, and At-Tirmizi).
The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: Allah has cursed the Washimat and the Mustawshimat, the Namisat and the Mutanammisat, and the Mutafallijat for beauty, who change what Allah has created.
(Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, and At-Tirmizi).
The Washimat are the tattooers, and the Mustawshimat are the people who are tattooed. The Namisat pluck the eyebrows to straighten them or to make them thinner, and the Mutanammisat are the people whose eyebrows are plucked. Some Muslim scholars apply this prohibition of plucking the hair to all the facial hair of the woman. The Mutafallijat for beauty are the peoples who widen the gaps between their teeth for the sake of beautification.
*Cursed means ‘cast out from the Mercy of Allah. It is the Mercy of Allah that makes a person to enter Paradise. He/she who is out cast from the Mercy will not enter it. The curse is not permanent but it is lifted when a person sincerely repents to Allah for this mistake. So one should not feel doomed because they committed this mistake when they were in days of Jahiliyyah (ignorance).
shaytaan (satan ) is the biggest enemy for mankind and he is determined to mislead people away from obeying Allah and persuade people to do what Allah has forbidden them to do. One of these things is that shaytaan will try to get humans to change the nature of creation.
Removing or plucking the eyebrows implies changing the creation of Allah, as Allah tells us that the Shaytan said:
“…and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah.”
[Noble Quran 4:119]
QUESTIONS:
Can i pluck my eyebrows for my husband?
It is not permissible to remove the hair of the eyebrows because this is the plucking for which the Messenger of Allaah (sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam) cursed those who do it, and it is a kind of changing the creation of Allaah, which is the action of the Shaytaan. If a woman’s husband tells her to do it, she should not obey him, because it is a sin, and there is no obedience to any created being if it involves disobedience towards the Creator. Rather obedience should only be with regard to things that are good and proper, as the Prophet (sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam) said. (Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daaimah)
The Prophet (sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam) said:
“There can be no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator.” (Ahmad- saheeh)
OK, I am Not Plucking it. But, Can I shape it, Cut it, etc?
Sheikh Ibn Jibrin said: “It is not permissible to cut the hair of the eyebrows, or to shave it, reduce it or pluck it. This is not the matter of beauty, rather it is altering the creation of Allah Who is the Best of creators. A warning has been narrated against doing that and the one who does it is cursed; this implies that it is forbidden.”
Indeed Allah knows the best.
As we can see the warning from the Prophet Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam forbids this activity. This is why great scholars like Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani, Tabari, Nawawi, among others have actually prohibited (forbidden) any kind of modification to the eyebrows, even removing hair from in between linked eye-brows.
Allah says;
‘And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it)’ [al-Hashr 59:7]
“It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allaah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision”
[al-Ahzaab 33:36]
“And when Our Verses are recited to such a one, he turns away in pride, as if he heard them not–as if there were deafness in his ear. So announce to him a painful torment.” (al- Luqman:7)
►Surely, you are NOT going to be that one! Then, give it up, my dear Sister. It’s simply not worth it. You look beautiful even if you didn’t pluck your eyebrows. Don’t let the Kuffar get to you. Don’t be the one whom Allah curses.

Am I Thankful To Allah?
Am I truly grateful for each breath that I take,
For each and every moment that I am awake?
Do I thank Allah for my restful sleep,
And for the dreams that cause me to weep?
Am I honestly thankful to the Almighty One,
For the early morning mist, the bright, rising sun?
During Fajr prayer, I use my soft prayer mat,
As Allah’s servant, do I appreciate that?
Throughout the day, do I realize,
That Allah, All knowing and the Most Wise,
Gives me what I need and so much more
And that I have so much to be grateful for?
The scent of fresh rain, a small child’s laugh,
My sisters who choose to stand for Islam,
Each piece of fruit, each glass of water,
Brothers protecting their sons and their daughters.
A grandmother’s love, a book of Hadith,
The clothes that I wear, the food that I eat.
The book that I should follow, the Holy Quran,
Promoting the good and ending the wrong.
So I must ask myself every beautiful day to remind myself.
REMEMBER;
If I am stricken with poverty
others are chained in debt
If I don't have shoes
others have no feet
If I have pain now
others have been aching for years
If My dear one dies
others have lost many
If I have sinned
then REPENT... [Allah is the Most-Merciful]
The doors of repentance are ever opened! - SUBHANALLAH
Thankfulness frees the heart from greed, jealousy and envy. When we are thankful to Allah, we remain mindful of Him and His continuous Mercy toward us, and this in return humbles us and improves our characters. The very fact that Allah has guided us to Islam and the sunnah of His Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam, in itself should be a source of continual praise.
“Indeed Allah is the possessor of bounty for all people but most people do not give thanks.” (Al-Baqarah 2: 243).
Allah says:
“It is He Who brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers when you knew nothing; and He gave you hearing and sight and intelligence and affection: that you may give thanks (to Allah)” (An-Nahl, 16:78).
"And He gave you of all that you asked for, and if you count the blessings of Allah, never will you be able to count them…” (Al Quran (ch 14: v 34)
"Surely We have shown him the way: he may be thankful or unthankful."
[Al-Qur'an 76:3]
"Therefore remember Me, I will remember you, And be thankful to Me, and do not be ungrateful to Me." [Al-Qur'an 2:152]
“If you are grateful, I will surely give you more and more.” (Ibrahim 14:7).
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
“Allah is pleased with His servant if, when he eats something, he thanks Allah for it, and when he drinks something, he thanks Allah for it” (Muslim).
Three ways to express Shukr: The classical Muslim scholars have indicated Shukr can be shown in three ways:
1.Shukr of the heart (Qalb),
which is achieved by harboring and intending good for all of Allah’s creation.
2.Shukr of the tongue (Lisan),
which involves celebrating the praises of Allah, such as utterance of “Alhamdulillah”, and expressing gratefulness to Allah with our tongue.
3.Shukr of the limbs (Jawarih),
which is fulfilled by using our external senses to do good. Every time Allah gives us a blessing, we must use it in a way that benefits humanity and that pleases Allah.
DUA;
Allahumma A’inni Ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ibadatika
O Allah help me to remember You, to thank You and to worship You properly.”
Ameen.

REMEMBER;
DUA;
Allahumma A’inni Ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ibadatika
O Allah help me to remember You, to thank You and to worship You properly.”
Ameen.
Glory be to
